1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using KeysKeep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

KeysKeep is designed to help you track and stay motivated in your piano practice.
You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
  
  

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
  
  

• Share your account credentials with others
  
  

• Upload false or misleading data
  
  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and code within KeysKeep are owned by Emaginesites, LLC.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

KeysKeep is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees about uninterrupted access, accuracy of progress tracking, or fitness for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emaginesites, LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or to comply with legal requirements.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
